Espresso Machine for Home

There is little crema in the espresso. How to get an espresso with rich crema?

1. Increase the coffee dose. Use 13g for a single shot and 19g for a double shot; 2. Use a finer ground coffee; 3. Tamp the ground coffee with more pressure; 4. Use fresh ground coffee for espresso; 5. Use the dual wall filters for pre-ground coffee.

The espresso is not hot enough. How to improve the temperature?

Before each first brew, please preheat the brew system, portafilter and cup once. You can also choose a higher temperature of brewing temperature by pressing and holding the Hot Water button to enter the temperature program mode.

Any tips for making textured milk foam?

Before making milk foam, please purge out the water residual left in the steam wand first by keeping dispensing the steam at least 5 seconds. Then use fresh cold whole milk for frothing.

The portafilter is hard to be screwed into the brew head. How to improve it?

That's designed for leakproofness and we suggest to apply some cooking oil on the rim of the filter to reduce the resistance during the initial use period. It will become easier after used for a while.

What accessories are included?

We've provided many accessories essential for brewing, such as 58mm portafilter, single wall filters for 1/2 cup, dual wall filters for 1/2 cup, tamper, coffee spoon and cleaning needle.

Note: Too coarse a grind, too little ground coffee, or insufficiently tamping pressure on the ground coffee before brewing can all lead to inadequate pressure for a proper brew. The amount of espresso extracted will vary depending on the grind size and dose.
